A comprehensive renovation of this beautiful Cap d’Antibes villa, carefully combining the preservation of its distinctive Mediterranean character with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The works encompassed a complete façade renovation and replacement of the windows, together with the redesign of the staircase and extensive bespoke joinery throughout the property.

The interior was fully renewed, including the kitchens and bathrooms, a fully equipped pool house with outdoor kitchen, as well as the bedrooms and principal living spaces. Particular attention was given to creating a sense of continuity throughout the villa, with natural materials, bespoke detailing and a light, understated palette complementing the property’s original Riviera architecture.
